Company business is one the last cold war thrillers about gene Hackman and mikhail baryshnikov star as kgb and cia spies set up in East Berlin and one has to trade the other but it seems to be a set up.which Hackmans bosses are Involed in he then decides to help the Russian spy and find out what's going on brilliantly funny and tense it's a well scripted plot that doesn't take it self to seriously written by Nicholas Meyer who wrote star trek 2 and 6 well worth a look and baryshnikov is brilliant in it so I Hackman but he always is

While scrolling through the Amazon DVD lists (As I do) I came across this film starring Gene Hackman who I rate very highly as an actor, but unfortunately I found it laborious and boring. Gene Hackman is capable of greater things than this! However, I was grateful to Amazon for the oportunity to watch it and form an opinion. Not a particularly good buy, I'm afraid.

Excellent film set in Berlin after the fall of the wall. No high gloss CGI gimmicks, just a well made film set in the times. Also stars the brilliant Kirkwood Smith as a classic CIA man.
