Grip well and don’t move!

I got the purple. I just finished on the weight rack doing squats, Bulgarian squats, hip thrust and deadlifts. The weights didn’t move a bit and weren’t wiggling with each rep. The black was like a rubber/silicone so it gripped the bar well. Would highly recommend. Also you have to push down the black latch and then it’ll come apart. Just so you know since it Didn’t come with instructions

These work great. I did read a lot of bad reviews about them not holding but I've had zero issues and they lock tight onto my barbell. I'm not doing any CrossFit where I'm slamming my loaded barbell down from overhead so maybe people might have issues with that. I've done many sets of squats with 265 and nothing came close to slipping. Deadlift are the same no issues. Again not slamming my weights down in a crazy way. I will probably buy another set for when I get another bar and rack. By far the best clips/clamps I've every used as far as ease and look cool as well.

Oh these are the absolute best!! Sooo easy to use! Much much much easier than the typical metal clamps. I have a tough time with those metal clamps, especially considering that my bar has ridges on it, so the clamps are even tougher to use (in my opinion). These plastic clips are a breeze! I’m doing enough work lifting weights, I don’t want to have to do more work just to get the weights on. These clips were the best purchase, along with my weights lol.

I have a home gym with barbell and cross-fit plates that I use, and these hold up perfectly. They slip on and off super easy and make changing weight amounts in between sets a breeze.

So much better than the metal clips and so easy to use. I swear taking off the metal clips with small hands was more of a workout than actually lifting the weights. This takes no effort to put on and off and it’s high quality.

I got these to help with my lifting and they've been one of the best purchases in a long while. Works perfectly with Olympic Barbell and is extremely durable. The bright blue color makes it easy for people in the gym to realize these are mine. Purchasing these convinced my boyfriend to get a pair in bright green as well!

Warning: you may get lots of unsolicited compliments from random dude bros in the gym who ask you where you got your clips, "wow you're a serious trainer huh?", etc. As a woman who hates being interrupted during my training sessions, this is a side effect of these freaking awesome clips that I'll put up with.
