Easy to use

I have rheumatoid arthritis. I LOVE fitness and weightlifting. The clips at our gym have to be squeezed which is extremely painful for me. My husband got me a pair of these and it has made my workouts so much easier. I LOVE them and the pink just tops it all off.

Excellent clamps. Good price too. Finding clamps in our gym is a nightmare. They are never near the bar, and these are much better than the spring clips. No slipping on heavy lifts or when the bar falls.
Having our own has been the best. We saw a guy with lime green ones, we talked to him and we bought them that night. The following week another guy had the blue ones. It’s like a chain reaction. Simple solution to a frustrating problem in the gym. Bright colors means no one will confuse that these do not belong to the gym.
I would love these in machined aluminum though.

These work great. I did read a lot of bad reviews about them not holding but I've had zero issues and they lock tight onto my barbell. I'm not doing any CrossFit where I'm slamming my loaded barbell down from overhead so maybe people might have issues with that. I've done many sets of squats with 265 and nothing came close to slipping. Deadlift are the same no issues. Again not slamming my weights down in a crazy way. I will probably buy another set for when I get another bar and rack. By far the best clips/clamps I've every used as far as ease and look cool as well.

Oh these are the absolute best!! Sooo easy to use! Much much much easier than the typical metal clamps. I have a tough time with those metal clamps, especially considering that my bar has ridges on it, so the clamps are even tougher to use (in my opinion). These plastic clips are a breeze! I’m doing enough work lifting weights, I don’t want to have to do more work just to get the weights on. These clips were the best purchase, along with my weights lol.

After only a few months of real use, I was doing side lunges and the clip slid off the bar and a 25 pound iron plate fell onto my big toe, breaking a bone. Because the manufacturer is in China there is basically no recourse for them. Buy cheap crap, expect stuff like this to happen. Stay away. Spend the extra few dollars to get better clips where manufacturer stands behind it like Rogue.

Exactly what I wanted. Secure. Easy to use. Fits well on the bar. A couple other reviewers mentioned that these clips have the black safety tabs and they work. Most of the clips at the gym are broken, so this takes a little extra squeeze compared to what I’m used to. But they’re a little more secure.

These are great holding back one 45 plate and two 10 plates on an olympic barbell. They are also really easy to remove and put on which I was worried about because I have long nails!
