These clips work for all kinds of lifts at all kinds of weight. They are SO MUCH FASTER for loading and swapping weight within a quick-change WOD than traditional clips. My husband and I use them DAILY, and we have yet to experience ANY slippage, twisting, etc. I would buy them again and again. I especially love the bright color!!

These are better than using the ones at the gym. I have a much easier time switching out different plates with these as opposed to the regular old school metal ones. Plus it's nice to have my own so I can keep them clean in a public gym. Happy with the purchase!

Good collar with a slightly annoying release lever

The collars work well and look great. My only (small) complaint is that the release lever is very thin and is a little uncomfortable. My other collars have a wide release tab that doesn't dig into my fingers.

Your gym sucks if they don’t use these

Every serious lifter knows traditional clips are just awful and degrade over time. If a gym doesn’t have these on my heavier lifts that can cause plates to move, I bust these guys out. Never looking back to old clip days.
