Sly Stallone Series: Excellent Value and Selection

So 5 x DVD's of Sly Stallone - 3 x 80's (Cobra, Tango and Cash,The Specialist) and 2 x 90's (Demolition Man, Assassins) and all worth it. After watching the Critical Drinker and Az from HeelsvsBabyface from Youtube, Stallone may have not got the appreciation that Schwarzenegger has but his films have improved with age so I thought lets see. So why watch these films? Well between Sly playing a policeman who bends the rules to a niche assassin for hire (it's not meant to be deep), there is enough action to keep everyone entertained in a way that Hollywood has forgotten about. For approximately £2 per DVD, it's a good gift to get a taste of what Stallone excelled in besides Rocky and Rambo. The DVD's are in a standard multi-buy box so it fits the bookshelf nicely and, as I watch them now, they are a great stocking filler for Christmas.

Delivered in swift time. come across this notable quality pick of sly films which provided a favourable collection in addition to some of movies with stallone at his prime effective best in films that he suited to. Remember these on vhs format,but now enabled on blu ray as the audio is perfect. I will be enthralled and enjoy them must as before. Can't fault the valued price for this worthy boxset.

The disks came as advertised for me (Blu-rays), and came in your standard plastic cases inside the cardboard out part (though not individual movie cases but the movies in 2 cases, each movie to their own disk), and considering how many movies you get with this, it's excellent value i would say, the movie transfers onto blu-ray are good quality also. I would have liked each movie to be in their own case, but gven the price, i really can't complain.

This collection of movies starts off with Cobra - you're the disease and I'm the cure. At one time hard to get hold of. Standard american action, by todays' standards a bit dated, but still fun to watch. Another in the list is Tango and Cash, also exceedingly hard to get, least ways was here in the UK, as are so many movies that yankie doodle land don't wat to share.
All in all this is a collectors compilation of Stallone movies. I can't say a bad word about any of them, they're all good. Also, very good deal price-wise. Ya can't lose - Enjoy
