Oh dear..... Bit of a let down after the first Ted film !! Seth MacFarlane needs to stick to what he's GOOD at... FAMILY GUY, etcetera !!
His films suck !! .... And they're REALLY, really cheesey 🧀 awful and not funny. Don't even get me started on "The Awful", sorry, I mean "The Orville"... groan... Simply embarrassing !! 😁🙄👾
HOWEVER, the FIRST "Ted" film was entertaining, fun, novel and fresh.... But HONESTLY, hey, come on, Seth is TRULY A GENIUS, VERY TALENTED & AWESOME PERSON !!! So why on Earth did he use "Peter Griffin's" voice for "Ted" ? Surely he could've done a DIFFERENT VOICE !! This is just Peter Griffin in a Bear Costume 🐻🤪🤧🤢 & dare I say it, "unBEARable" 🐻🙄😋
To say this film is a bit cringe-worthy and lame is very generous, as is the ONE Star awarded here and a shame negative Star Awards aren't available !!
Booooooooooh !!! PLEASE, NO MORE "TED" FILMS !! Booooooooooh !! 🐻😳🤯😫😥🤔

very satisfying sequel that stands up ...

More fun with Ted and Johnny (Mark Wahlberg) that follows interestingly on from the first film: this one has a much more linear plot, and is less funny, perhaps, less a series of set pieces, and a bit more serious in its undertones (but not that much). It still feels pretty anarchic, flagging up racial equality and gay rights as a parallel to Ted's plight to be recognised as a human being and not just 'property', but at the same time having a running gag about black men and also a fairly unflattering portrait of two gay men. Its heart is in the right place, but without being hidebound by political correctness, in other words, it gets an intelligent balance. It is fairly stuffed with big names making cameos, while Wahlberg is as delightful as before, with a touch of the overgrown kid about him, who takes a sideways slice from the Starship Enterprise ... ; Amanda Seyfried plays the love interest with a legal mind, and Ted is brilliantly pitched by the co-writer and director Seth MacFarlane. The first one was just a bit crazier, but this is a very worthy sequel that moves into Galaxy Quest territory before coming back to Earth with some playful bending of the narrative of the first film as it bounces some of the same balls ...

A really good funny film, a bit rude in places as you’d expect but very creative and original. Some real cry with laughter moments which is rare. Worth a purchase! Would watch again!

Glad I got it never stop laughing. When I bought this bluray it was fine now I play it and when it gets up to Ted to have a name the movie stops and it makes a very bad noise not happy with it. but I would still give five stars because it is a great film i will have to sort it out as I never give up

If you liked ted then you'll like ted 2.
Not because it's great but because it builds on the story and there are some funny bits. It's worth a watch but will leave you slightly disappointed!
Regards the blu Ray. It's a disc in a box and it works so all good on that front!
