I have two of these smelly, snotty little creatures at home. These absolutely hideous and annoying energy-drainers would make perfect case studies for the author, Mr Walliams. And as I'm tired of being subject to their frequent pranks it is good that this series creates a platform to some of the worst atrocities of child behaviour.
Our society has placed children on a pedestal. And it has gone too far.
Children should and will take notice!; Soon you should not dare to spent hours online glued to your iPads, picking your nose, ignoring your despairing parents. Your names and identities will be revealed in these books!
The book is appropriately and accurately illustrated by an artist who knows how to capture the ghastly traits of young individuals - your portrait will be next.
So I would not be surprised if this series starts a much needed and timely movement of re-emancipation of parents.
Finally it will be quiet at the dinner tables, no more endless nonsense about Tiktok, the constant stream of impossible questions will cease, bath-time will be honoured, school results will flourish!
Thank you Mr. Walliams.
