I just received my parcel and i must note that i ve been sold this product as a 4.2 R value, instead it is an 3.2 as stated on its box (picture attached)

Furthermore, the pump sack is missing.
It could be because youve made a mistake.. you are also stating that its USA made but mine is made in Ireland (which is definitely not an issue) and maybe only the USA ones are coming with the pump sack included and the other ones are not
Thermarest recommends to inflate with a pump suck and you failed to provide it

Die Therm-a-Rest Matte ist nach eimaligen Gebrauch ( drei Tage Camping-Urlaub am Strand) sofort kaputt gegangen und hat Luft verloren. Ob das Ventil kaputt war oder die Isomatte ein Loch hatte, habe ich erst gar nicht geprüft, da beides inakzeptabel ist.
Das einzig Gute war, dass ich das Geld anstandslos zurück erstattet bekommen habe.

Was bringt einem das geringe Packmaß und die gute Isolierung wenn man nicht gut auf der Matte schlafen kann? Leider viel zu schmal und dabei habe ich absolute Normalmaße mit 1.79 m und 76 Kg.
Menschen die nicht gerne starr auf dem Rücken liegen, werden keine Freude haben an diesem teuren Produkt.
Habe die Matte auch einer Freundin ausgeliehen, die ähnlich schlecht darauf schlafen konnte.

It's my second new therm-a-rest inflatable mat (had uberlite small before) and the second one that is leaking air. Very slowly so I cound't find the leak. But enough that mat becomes softer after a few hours. On a picture you can see how much extra flexibility I got after ~10 hours (was inflated well with the pump so air is the same temperature and humidity).
Tried to restore pressure - leaking again after a few hours.

Habe die Matraze aufgeblasen und eine Nacht darin verbracht.
Am Morgen musste ich feststellen, dass zischen einem fünftel und einem viertel der Luft verloren gegangen war. Ist demnach Schrott.
Für eine Matraze von diesem Preis ist es nicht akkzepabel und sie geht umgehend zurück.

Nach dem Auspacken und Ausrollen der “neuen” Matte waren Gebrauchspuren (Erde/Schmutz) einer vorherigen Nutzung deutlich ersichtlich. Sehr ärgerlich!!!

Not worth the money

I've had a dozen or more air pads over the past 20 years for backcountry elk hunting. I'm constantly upgrading my gear and trying new products to lighten my pack. This pad is DEFINITELY NOT worth the money. On day 3 of an 8 day hunt, I hiked back 4.5 miles and 2000' of elevation change to get my 'old faithful' (which is a 6 yr. old pad that cost $45) I am 6' and 185lbs. I had to deflate the pad to virtually half of it's capacity to not roll off or slide off the pad. If my mummy bag had a larger interior, I would have put it inside, but it does not. And of course I am now outside of Amazon's return window. The only positive is the winglock valve. I loved it and did not have the problems that other reviewers have had with it. Sad that I will never use it again as this is the last therm-a-rest pad I will ever buy.
