An English dub of the film does exist, but this was made back in February 2020, and this Blu-ray release was released 2 years before that, meaning this is an out of date release of the film.
I wouldn't have an issue with this if Amazon hadn't put incorrect information in their item description. It's not unreasonable for anyone to make the mistake of buying it expecting an English dub, when you set up said expectations in the first place. Not everyone likes having to read subtitles when they want to enjoy a show (especially when you consider disabilities like dyslexia) , and they are well within their rights to be disappointed here. The fault is entirely on Amazon here.
In short, do not buy this DVD or Blu-ray specifically, if you were expecting the recent English dub to be included. And hold Amazon accountable for their false advertising.

The only reason I've given it 5 stars is for the actual film as I'm pretty sure that Umbrella could have done a proper HD Blu-Ray release with a bit of effort, if not then let's hope that someone like All The Anime do a real release as they have done with Perfect Blue (another excellent Satoshi Kon film).
Probably the best Christmas themed film you'll ever see - definitely the best animated one that's for sure.
