I swear that I just re-read the same book four times but this one had more typos, and was a more evident <i>Fifty Shades</i> fanfic than the first. I loved Ana’s writing - but she has clearly demonstrated that she can’t evolve past the juvenility and retelling the same story over and over again. The gaping plot holes exemplified by Christian having a dossier on her (sound familiar?) complete with knowledge of her professors in college, but not her manager? Please. Then he’s saying “you taste like mine”? Christian Allister? Is that you?

The answers to Magda the answers to the painting the answers to so much is revealed! This book connects all the others beyond an amazing group of sassy girls! The ending had me laughing at the character development! In a good way!
I only gave this book a 3 instead of a 4/5 like the others because I couldn’t help but focus on Vivian and Dante and what their story is, instead of Stella and Christian so I AM THRILLED! A new series is coming involving them and other new characters because I’m dying to know what’s going on there! Stella and Christian don’t hold a lot of appeal to me but I know they would to a lot of others, despite Stella being fictional I have so much respect for all she achieves and over comes and it got to a point where she actually was extremely relatable to real life with all her anxiety and pressure to meet expectations, she over comes this with her head held strong on her shoulders so I really give Ana credit for being able to write this character the way she did.

I’ve read all the previous books in this series and this one dragged a bit. I am normally a massive fan of the slow burn, but this was just a bit too slow. The pacing felt off. A lot of this book could have been cut down by a 100 pages or so.
Spoiler: The stalker identify was a bit meh. And the final wrap was a bit too neat and pretty for me, with everyone all happy with lots of kids. Urgh. It just went on for a little too long.

Forth and final installment of the Twisted series and it did not disappoint! Christian is the hot, intense, protective book boyfriend that we're pining over. He was intense but Stella needed that intensitity!

It would been a 5 ⭐️ read, but the story dragged a little due to all the various building blocks that were going on. Stella's character was not fully developed in the prior 3 books, so there was a whole world of Stella's that we got introduced to. She'd been an enigma till now! Author was also laying the seeds for the next series she's writing so there was undercurrents of new characters and plotlines, as well as a lot of chameos from the characters from the first 3 books.

Exceptionally slow. It’s not written badly per se but skill in writing can’t just be putting a ton of words on a page - it needs to be well paced, engaging and well edited too for the reader to be engaged. Ana writes well I don’t doubt it but this book lost the oomph due to it being repetitive and verbose in bits - I had to keep taking breaks by reading or doing something else because it was just not going anywhere anytime fast. Stella is written well enough but Christian is too wannabe and it gets annoying after a while just hearing him go and and on about what a baddie he is. Their chemistry is good though for most of the first half, he really isn’t protective about her even when she’s really in crisis and wants him to be physically with her. Basically it’s not the ‘only nice to her’ trope. She doesn’t even seem to like him for most of that time either so I have no clue why these scenes are written this way if it doesn’t even build the relationship during this slowwwww slowburn. Then out of no where it goes from 0 to 60 and he flips from trying to keep her at arms distance and not even kissing her to basically having secs in public. Then she falls in love with him equally quickly but then finds out he’s deceived her so starts accusing him of being her stalker. That’s a bit much - especially when she keeps saying it’s a breach of her privacy when she’s basically a social influencer who puts all her data out there for likes. Here I actually started feeling bad for Christian. Honestly it lost all emotion - it felt a bit disjointed. Overall it wasn’t bad though. Infact this book is much much better than Twisted Hate (book 3) and Twisted Love (book 1). However twisted games (book 2) has been her best

I've really enjoyed this series. However the finale fell flat for me.

I love a slow burn, but there's slow and there's whatever this was. I didn't feel any chemistry between the characters and couldn't figure out Christian's motivations at all. Perhaps it's revealed at the end but the author didn't give me enough to care to find out. Christian was consistently cold to Stella and kept going on about what a bad person he is, but we really didn't see any of that - I got 68% of the way through. His inner monologue was all about how she was his and how she consumed his every moment but was he never anything short of icey to her. So when it finally got to what should have been the reward (them getting together), I just didn't get it or actually care.

Oh well. You can't win all of them. The rest of the series is definitely worth a read.

Like the other books in this series, this book well and truly earned its 5*. Christian Harper is just about as morally grey as you can get. That man is obsessed with Stella and I was here for every moment of it! This book was a slow burn and it was so worth the wait, the sexual tension that it built up was so hot! The mystery that ran throughout the book had me guessing constantly! I’d always been curious about Stella she was the quiet one in the group, I adored getting to know her and her story, she’s so unbelievably strong! Also Christian was a complete mystery, you could tell from Twisted Hate that he had a thing for Stella, which after reading this book was the understatement of the century. I love Christian and his protective and obsessive nature, only when it comes to her! This was the perfect end to the Twisted series, Stella and Christian were so perfectly matched. I adored the final chapters and seeing the group altogether, it warmed my heart to no end!
