Solid Selfie

Its a solid selfie stick. Height is adjustable and you can clip it and lock it. Previous ones I had were twisty type and they used to be a pain. These guys have got it all correct.
Now being picky only thing that concerns me is the the phone holder part. It's compact you can pretty much fold but with all the good side of it it's a bit flimsy... works fine so far ..

This is not a selfie stick. Do not buy!

I don’t know how this product has so many positive reviews. I just received mine today. The only positive is that it’s a sturdy framed tripod, but that’s it. It’s a camera tri pod - not a selfie stick, it’s too massive and heavy to be a selfie stick. Also the blue tooth remote is flaky - it worked the first time I tried it and then I couldn’t get it working again after I turned it off (iPhone latest iOS) also there’s nowhere on the stick/tripod to secure or store the blue tooth remote so even if it did work you’d likely lose it after time.

Didn’t hold up over time

I’ve had this for just over a year now and unfortunately it hasn’t held up very well over time. I don’t even use it that often, but one of the clips that helps adjust the height and angle of the stick has broken, and the remote doesn’t work very well (the backing doesn’t seem to hold the battery in place properly anymore so I’ve taped it into place).

despite these issues I can still use it when needed but overall considering I don’t use it that often I feel like the quality isn’t great. Before it started breaking it did work well though and I’ve never had issues connecting my Bluetooth to it. For a cheap and quick option it is ok I guess!

I had a cheaper version of the stick, but it lasted for three months only. For this one I paid twice more and it lasted a couple minutes, The holder for the phone is fell apart in seconds. I menage to put all together. But the phone can stay only in two position - vertical or horizontal. I cannot change the angle as I could do with a cheap stick. So, a lot of disappointments.

The remote control works to take a single-frame snap, but I couldn't figure out how to make it start the video camera. After stepping on one of the "toes", a plastic piece in connecting the leg to the shaft broke, rendering the tripod useless. The basic design is sound, but less brittle plastic would increase quality considerably.

Overall very good quality and larger than I expected. However the expandable bracket that holds my cell phone is just press fit with 2 plastics pins into holes. Every time I place my phone in the bracket, the one end comes off making the whole thing useless. Had to return it since a replacement part will be the same poor design. Unfortunate because the rest of the tripod is great quality. Other reviewers had the same issue. Should have listened to them.

Selfie stick/tripod was as expected. EXCELLENT height when fully extended for group photos but REMOTE all but useless. Cannot connect to GALAXY A71, so downloaded CAMERA360 app as they suggested. FULL of advertisements, loaded with "crap" not needed for a "SELFIE REMOTE". All I want is the remote to take a picture REMOTELY, nothing else. it's just as easy to use the TIMER on the phone itself rather than the selfie remote. Too much "extra" stuff on the CAMERA360 app that will just never use.

At the price point you can't really complain or expect much but beware this product seems to be fairly flimsy with the legs and overall build. I've already had screws and parts come off by applying too much pressure when handling it. Now I use the greatest of care when using it.

Surprisingly however when recording outside it hasn't lost its angle or balance at all thus far.

The remote works great and is simple to use.

The adjustable phone holder is a bit of a pain, sometimes it's a struggle to get my phone in there.

It's very portable, comes with a pouch - a nice touch.

If you're using it casually then go for it but if you are using it more frequently I wouldn't invest the money and instead go for something that is more sturdy and strongly built.

The product must be good but we are returning it because the actual box which holds the tripod came without a seal and we found a part missing. Also found that the tripod is not as sturdy and if you are going to use it for the outdoors then be careful, a strong wind may topple it down and damage your phone.

Poor instructions!

The instructions were wrong and the pictures were hard to read. I played with it for over 2 hours and finally figured it out. It looks very sturdy when set up except for the little screw that holds the top piece in place...that keeps coming undone. Don't know if I will keep it ir send back. Not really that happy with it.

The few times I was able to use this before the plastic on the top snapped off were OK. The Bluetooth remote was a little temperamental (sometimes it didn't trigger on or off, so you had to set it up so you could see it still) and the center of gravity was a little bit off, I had to put weight bags on it if there was a gentle breeze to make sure it didn't fall over.
