Most her recipes suit our families needs and they're so super convenient I don't mind experimenting with a new recipe of hers every other day. This has been great with bringing variety back into our diet while we navigate these allergies.
I definitely have our go to recipes (dog tagged the pages in the book 😁), and currently I have liked every dish I have attempted from the book.
It's given me the confidence that I'm providing healthy options. It's also been so helpful with me being able to eat WITH my toddler at meal times and not burning out from making three different meals to serve the family.
I absolutely love it. Have already recommended it to other friends with bubs!
Seriously useful and simple recipe book. It’s great to only have to cook once
The meals are tasty and really easy to prepare.

Also please stop using coconut oil, especially in baby meals. It's really, really, not good for you at all. The coconut oil trend is, rightly, dying off. Proper butter, olive oil and rapeseed oil are by far healthier, especially for children.
Also 'guilt' free icecream? Proper icecream is guilt free, whole cream and whole dairy is absolutely NOT bad for you, unless you polish off 12 pints in one sitting on the reg... the bananas used is exceptionally worse for you than a bit of sugar and proper cream.
For someone writing a cookbook, a kids one especially, the knowledge here is poorly lacking in some of the dietary needs of children.
A dietitian (not a 'nutritionist' - which means naff all) would have a field day with some of the substitutions and ingredients.
