I know already that this book is going to help me develop with my journalling, get me to think about and write about subjects that I would never have come up with on my own, this is so important in helping me to grow and learn to love myself more. I am in love with this book.

5.0 out of 5 stars I Love This Journal!!!

Personally it’s very important to me to use a journal as a sacred place to vent my feelings and try to understand myself better. I have had many journals as a means to this, but What a Time to Journal is the perfect marrying of quotes to contemplate and space to express your feelings. It just feels like the right place for me to write things down and every time the words seem to flow out of me naturally and uncontrollably.
