I use these at my Day Care and will have to say the price is just right and the quality is great. I am reviewing because I did see some reviews about the toys not meeting expectations. As a day Care educator purchasing resources every week I understand and look for quality at a reasonable price. These toys meet expectations and beyond in every way .
Fantastic value set of insects. I would have liked the set to have included a bee, wasp and ladybird, spider , maybe a cardinal beetle ,but I think it s aimed at American children (there is a praying mantis you wouldn't find in this country). The set has been a big hit with preschool children. The insects are as big as an adult hand but easy to hold and play with. Also easier to find in the grass when dropped ! Really good value at £8.95.
These have exceeded all expectations. Even with the amazing reviews I honestly did not expect them to be as good as they are.
They are a very good size for kids and the detail is amazing for such a good price. My three year old spent 4 hours playing with these and she is in love with the butterfly (ours is a beautiful blue not the one in the image).
These bugs have peeked her interest in learning about bugs they are a good aid and fantastic quality toys. I have ordered another set as a present for my friend's son!!
My son loves to play with these in playschool so we hot some for home. They are really great. Big bugs good variety. Made really well. My dog enjoyed chewing off the legs of a couple of them but its ok i do intend to buy more anyway. Really great sensory toys too. Over all well worth the money and the package you get is what is pictured. Thankyou
The bugs are a good size. I would have liked to have seen a ladybird and bee in here rather than 4 types of beetle but oh well. There was also a butterfly, grass hopper, praying mantis, ant, fly and cockroach. My daughter likes them that's what matters
