A disappointing experience so far. My mattress was originally due for delivery on 30th March. This was then delayed and meant to be delivered by 5th April at the latest. Amazon has since informed me that my package may be lost and that I should contact Zinus for a refund. As per their instructions, I have requested an ETA twice from the carrier, and have only received unhelpful similar responses that they are in the process of getting this information from the delivery team. I have now requested a refund from Zinus and they are refusing to address this request despite being unable to locate my package or provide an ETA.
Edit: ultimately they put it out on express delivery and I received it on the weekend. Maybe they did the best they could but I felt stressed out about the lack of communication.
