Try unplugging and plugging in again from the back. If no response the motor could be shot but as with mine they do slow down over time from the constant use or stain on the motor from pulling the wheel by the tumbler being over weighted. The thing is if it is over weighted the machine won't work so it's probably from the constant use and then it's time for another. I don't know if there's any money back guarantee but it would be great if there was as I have blown 4 in the past year.

The likely reason for the light flashing is that the tumbler has been overloaded. It is recommended to only fill the barrel 1/2 to 2/3 full. a sensor automatically protects the unit, unplug the power wait 30 seconds and plug it back in this will reset the tumbler.

Hey bud, that happens when you touch the device whilst it’s turning something is stopping the cog from spinning. Try twist the rollers and see if there is any restriction on it. Hope that helps

Hi Damian, if it is the small one I too had mine fail. I returned to Amazon and upgraded to the National Geographic next model. It is fabulous.
