Hello, thank you for your question
There is a power switch on the unit itself, it has to be turned on.
Also, you need correctly connect projector from USB port to power adapter (5V/2A) and switch the "On" button, then it will automatically projecting different lights. If still not work well, please contact with the seller you bought from.
