You can order mat separately and it is perfect if treadmill is placed on carpet. Cheers.

The usable belt width id 450mm this then goes under the side rails and based solely on the manufacturers handbook it shows a further clear space on each roller. It is my guess the total width is approx. 500mm. For a definitive answer I suggest you contact the manufacturer.

No self lubricating belts, but apparently you can do it yourself. They were going to send me a free bottle of the lubricant for posting a review but that never turned up.
No maintenance required so far, very good treadmill.

The power cord is at the front of treadmill and it is ~2m.
