It should as long as the nokia 5g Fastmile modem has 3 rj-45 GigE lan ports. The eero itself is not a modem but plugs into your modem via the ln port. The eero hub there for needs to sit beside your modem as the base, and the two satellite extenders placed in rooms you want to boost the signal to. You can purchase additional satellite extenders to cover more area. Something to note is that the satellite extenders do not have lan ports, they are wifi only, so if you plan on connecting something to your home network by a network cable you’ll have to buy another base hubb rather than a satellite extender. They're designed to sit on a surface (desk/table etc) rather than wall- or ceiling mounted. I only have the router, which has no mounting holes that I can see (and I'd guess that the extenders are the same).

Seems to be possible, just add the second router as an extender when the eero app walks you through the setup

I cannot answer specifically for Testra modem but compare to my internet provider modem, it provides a much better reliability of connection. Regarding device control, you can setup limitations with eero secure.
