Good sound quality, easy to hear and comes with surround sound program. It was easy to set up and is very comfortable because it uses soft foam. Very happy with the price and quality.

Sound and mic quality is outstanding although the plastic structure makes the headband prone to snapping, which it did after 6-7 months of continuous use. Contacted razer and they redirected me to amazon, and promptly refunded me after I returned the damaged product. Outstanding customer service from both Amazon or Razer.
