Out of all the DC shows this was probably the one I looked forward to the most when it was on TV each week. I loved the darkness of the show with it's complex characters & the excellent storytelling of how pre-Batman Gotham City was like, the steps Bruce Wayne took on his journey in becoming Batman, how the villains started out & before James Gordon became Commissioner. Extremely talented cast that were perfectly chosen for their characters. A top notch action crime drama series. Highly recommended!
