This is a treadmill over $1000 that should be a $500 price point. The USB connection doesn't work with a USB cable and when i asked if i could use my iphone connection with the USB cable, i was advised that it only accepts MP3. Strange, because it has a MP3 connection, so work that one out ? the width of the treadmill is narrow between the arms and once you begin to walk you continuously hit your arms on them. The screen is full of stickers not buttons, the only buttons that you can use are the speed,Incline and sound settings. Oh and the program up down buttons work. If you want to do P11 get ready to push the up button 11 times !Not much use when you can only play an MP3. (who has one of them in 2020?) If you ever wanted to consider taking a reliable read of your heart rate, wait for around 2 1/2 to 3 minutes before it catches up to your heart rate.
Possibly my most disappointing purchase online and would not recommend this treadmill. only good point for this purchase was that it was delviered quickly from time of order. Other than that don't buy one of these units
