I am 183cms / 6ft tall and found that the main rower unit could've been a bit more set away from the seated user, not much more, maybe 5 to 10 cms. It would allow for more travel when going forward. The way it is now, my freakishly long arms make the handle bar hit the main unit each time I slide forward. Other than that, pretty great unit. A shorter person could not go wrong with it.
