I have been attempting to get my Elite Battery Strap replaced for weeks through Oculus support. It turns out that many units had manufacturing faults and the straps break extremely easily. My current email trail with Oculus support is over twenty emails and they keep asking for the same information over and over again.
It's incredibly frustrating. It's like they are trying to make me give up trying to get a replacement.
They have refused to send a replacement to my home address in Australia and are currently refusing to use my US address to send a replacement unit, despite having provided Proof of Purchase, Serial No. etc. multiple times. These people have absolutely zero customer service ethic! Avoid like the plague!
