Absolute garbage.

It all started with the “5 minute” firmware update take over 30 minutes on my 100Mbit internet connection.

Next the device seemed to be in some sort of boot failure loop where it would boot, the circle of LEDs would flash, then it’d appear online for a bit and fail again.

Then after three complete resets it finally came online - only for me to find the video stream wouldn’t work despite having a very strong wireless signal on the device and my iPhone.

The application setup process was clunky and felt like it was a very ‘alpha’ product despite being the third generation.

Absolutely would not recommend buying ring products!
