Happy that customer service replaced my first unit after finding a dead pixel on the screen in the left eye, but the second unit I received had the exact same issue in a different spot on the same side. Won't give me another replacement and have to refund despite actually enjoying the headset... Will try my luck with the cheaper 128gb unit, think I could live with 1 dead pixel for $160 odd less but 2 for 2 on dud units is pretty poor.
