Bought this 10" cuisinart wok to replace my mini lodge 9"wok. this one quickly became my favourite cookware to cook indian dry sabji for 3(or 4) people. To season- I usually deep fry in it for initial days to build up the seasoning.
Only issue is its cooking surface is not as smooth as the lodge.
A must buy kadai!
