My 17 yo son follows JW online and was thrilled to receive this book as a gift. We had enjoyed a number of his dishes from online tutes, but having the written version is great. The recipes are clearly set out, and have been obviously tested multiple times because they work! Brioche buns to remember and pizza dough which was amazing as well as many more. The book is great as it has a basics section describing the building blocks of cooking and mixing of tastes (eg sweet, acid etc) and textures is explained throughout the book. The book now has a place among our other most favourite cookbooks such as the silver spoon. Highly recommended.
