I was excited to receive this, but the cameras would not connect using the app to my wifi. The app found the camera, found ring wifi but would not lose the ring wifi connection and go back to my wifi. Tried everything: reset modem, used app on different devices (Apple and Android), no internet issues, reset cameras, private and none private wifi settings, turned off data, turned on/off Bluetooth, different wifi. Spend 1.5 hours on the phone to Ring support who could not help or find a solution. They said this hasn’t happened before. I’ve found a threat on Reddit which suggest this isn’t an uncommon issue. Returned to Amazon who helpfully refunded me. I’ve since bought a Eufy camera and doorbells. Set up took 1 min for this - exactly the same wifi and device. I would avoid a go a different brand.
