This 4k remaster done by director Peter Jackson him self is absolutely stunning. The blue colour which made the blu ray hard to see depth in bits is no more and the HDR in all 3 of these amazing films are spectacular. The extended versions are 2 discs each and the Dolby atmos sound is 5 out of 5 here. Absolutely flawless and definitely worth a re purchase for any collection.
