Very disappointing for a book that has been too many years in the making. A slow moving, meandering sort of story with many pages of "filler". The characters are wooden. Jumps somehow without meaning from time to time and place to place. Makes many allusions but does not seem to settle very much at all. Ok for the fans I guess, but very lacking. Is this book the one too many???
