The pattern looks really nice and the colour selection is great. However the motor generates a lot of grinding noise and at the lower speeds the unit emits a high pitched squeal (possibly motor controller noise through the speakers?).
Ok for parties and the like, but not for use in a children's room. The laser is also VERY bright and isn't adjustable from what I can tell apart from switching it off (even though it fades in when turned on).
