Used for smash burgers.
Not a fan- the lip around the edge is too large meaning your patties are thick, still crisped up nicely but a touch to fat for stacking as I like them.
Additionally if your tight on space (I’m using a half soapstone on kamado joe) you’ve got to be carful as the lip went into its neighbour and cut it in half(ish).
Would not buy or recommend
