The recipes that I have made so far have all been seriously lacking in flavour. I have a number of Jamie's books and love them but this one is seriously lacking. The garlic bread scrolls made from light cream cheese rather than butter taste like a healthy alternative and the rice that went with it took some serious work to bring it back from extremely bland. Really disappointed that the focus seems to have moved away from the best flavour and into more of a healthy eating format. I understand that you dont always have to sacrifice flavour to eat well but unfortunately in this book, you do.
