Behind the gates of a fabulous Hamptons estate, FBI Special Agent Pendergast comes upon the carnage of a gruesome – and seemingly supernatural – crime. The smouldering remains of infamous art critic Jeremy Grove, a melted cross branding his chest, are found in a locked, barricaded attic. The hoofprint singed into the floorboards and the smell of brimstone recall the legendary horrors that befall those who make a pact with the Devil.
Pendergast combs New York, hoping for a simple explanation: a villain who is merely human. But his search takes him beyond the exclusive clubs and luxury penthouses of Manhattan to the crumbling, legend-shrouded castles of the Italian countryside, where – 30 years before – four men may have conjured something unspeakable.
NEW YORK TIMES BESTSELLER • In this riveting, high-octane thriller, an ancient creature is inadvertently released to wreak havoc on the inhabitants of a desolate arctic landscape.
Alaska's Federal Wilderness Zone is one of the most dangerous and inhospitable places on Earth. For paleoecologist Evan Marshall, an expedition to the Zone offers an once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to study the mounting effects of climate change. But once there, Marshall and his intrepid team make an astonishing discovery: an enormous prehistoric animal encased in solid ice. Despite repeated warnings from the local village, and Marshall's own mounting concern, the expedition sponsors want the creature cut from the ice, thawed, and revealed on a live television spectacular…But then the creature disappears and an unspeakable horror is unleashed.
Two brothers.

Gideon Crew – brilliant scientist, master thief – is living on borrowed time. When he’s handed an eyebrow-raising mission by his mysterious employer, Gideon has no reason to refuse. His task? To steal a page from the priceless Book of Kells, now on display in New York City, protected by unbreakable security.
Accomplishing the impossible, Gideon steals the parchment – only to learn that hidden beneath the gorgeously illuminated image is a treasure map dating back to the time of the ancient Greeks, treasure that could, perhaps, save Gideon’s life.
Join Gideon Crew in his second adventure in this high-octane new thriller series from the NEW YORK TIMES bestselling authors.
A top nuclear scientist goes mad and takes an innocent family hostage at gunpoint, killing one and causing a massive standoff.
A plume of radiation above New York City leads to a warehouse where, it seems, a powerful nuclear bomb was assembled just hours before.
Sifting through the evidence, authorities determine that the unthinkable is about to happen: In ten days, a major American city will be vaporized by a terrorist attack.
Ten days. And Gideon Crew, tracking the mysterious terrorist cell from the suburbs of New York to the mountains of New Mexico, learns the end may be something worse - far worse - than mere Armageddon.
Medicine Creek, Kansas, has been slowly dying for the last century. A small, quiet place, the primary occupation is still farming, Main Street is a stretch of old and dusty businesses, and the nearest mall is 200 miles away. In a town where nothing changes, the community is terrified after a series of grisly murders takes place. Even more alarming, the bodies are displayed in bizarre tableaus. With the entire town in shock, FBI Agent Pendergast arrives from New Orleans to investigate.
From the fields to the local caves, Pendergast discovers the remnants of a Prohibition-era moonshine operation and the truth behind one of the town's greatest mysteries: who was behind the Medicine Creek Massacre of 1865. Now, Pendergast must discover the twisted secret hiding within a four-generation Kansas family – before someone else is murdered.
The final battle between good and evil. Only one will survive...
The New York Museum of Natural History receives their stolen gem collection back...ground down to dust. Diogenes, the psychotic killer who stole them in DANCE OF DEATH, is throwing down the gauntlet to both the city and to his brother, FBI Agent Pendergast, who is currently incarcerated in a maximum security prison.
To quell the PR nightmare of the gem fiasco, the museum decides to reopen the Tomb of Senef. An astounding Egyptian temple, it was a popular museum exhibit until the 1930s, when it was quietly closed. But when the tomb is unsealed in preparation for its gala reopening, the killings - and whispers of an ancient curse - begin again. And the catastrophic opening itself sets the stage for the final battle between the two brothers: an epic clash from which only one will emerge alive.

Was geschah 1947 wirklich in Roswell?
- Old Bones – Tote lügen nie
- Old Bones – Das Gift der Mumie
- Old Bones – Die Toten von Roswell
