Zeke the alien is on his way to his first day of school, feeling down because he has to start over again on a new planet, as his scientist parents constantly move to wherever their research takes them. When he gets to school, no one seems to notice anything strange or different about him except Harris, a kid obsessed with science fiction and aliens. Harris sees Zeke doing extraordinary things but can't convince anyone, least of all his best friend, Roxy, that Zeke might be an alien. Roxy just thinks Harris is jealous that she's becoming friends with Zeke. But when Roxy invites Zeke over to Harris's house, will Harris find a way to prove that he's right?
Harris has his suspicions that the new kid at school, Zeke, is an alien, but he hasn't been able to prove it to his best friend, Roxy. When they're both invited over to Zeke's house, Harris thinks this is the perfect opportunity for him to research Zeke's alien family and show Roxy that they're all from another planet. But Roxy is perfectly fine playing with all of Zeke's alien technology which she just thinks is "hi-tech," and as a thank you, Harris's parents invite Zeke's parents over for dinner.
At dinner, no one but Harris seems to notice all the strange things Zeke's family is doing-like making food levitate to their mouths. However, Zeke realizes that Harris is the only one noticing these things and decides to use this opportunity to have a little more fun at dinner. . . .
Zeke has revealed to Harris that he's an alien and Harris is thrilled to have an alien best friend! This weekend, Harris has a Beaver Scout outing in the wilderness, so he invites Zeke to join in on the fun. Zeke doesn't quite understand all the activities, like sleeping outside and telling ghost stories, and he is a little careless with using his powers, which leads one scout to become a little suspicious. Will Harris be able to help Zeke hide his identity from everyone?
Zeke the alien comes home one day to find his parents packing. They tell him that their mission researching Earth is finished, and they're all going back to Tragas to be assigned to a new planet. Zeke is sad to once again leave and go to an unfamiliar place, especially now that he has great friends on Earth in Harris and Roxy. Harris is just as upset when Zeke tells him, and together, they come up with a plan to try to stop Zeke's departure. Will they be able to stop his family from going back to their home planet?
Valentine's Day is right around the corner, and Harris explains the holiday and its traditions to Zeke. When Zeke gets an anonymous valentine, Harris is excited to help him figure out who sent it, but Zeke is confused at the customs of Earth, and his efforts to get a girl to notice him by doing what Harris tells him to don't go quite right. Will Zeke be able to turn things around and show his valentine his feelings?
Harris is ready for Halloween and is very excited when he sees Zeke's "costume," which is just his true alien form. Harris is sure Zeke will win the costume contest at school! Zeke also uses his powers to help Harris make the best costume he's ever had, but Roxy feels left out, as she and Harris usually make costumes together every year.
On Halloween, one of the other kids at school is jealous of Zeke's amazing costume and plots to sabotage it. Will Harris and Roxy be able to stop him and help Zeke win the costume contest?
Harris and Roxy have hidden away on Zeke's family's spaceship and are headed to Tragas! Zeke's parents freak out when they discover the kids aboard, but they've come too far to turn back. So that gives Harris and Roxy two whole days to explore the alien planet with Zeke while the ship refuels before they all have to fly back to Earth. But, much like Zeke had to on Earth, they have to blend in. Will they be able to hide the fact that they're the aliens on this new planet?
It's baseball season, and Zeke, Harris, and Roxy all decide to try out for the team. Zeke doesn't quite know how to play baseball, but his powers allow him to pitch and hit better than anyone else! But Harris thinks that what Zeke is doing is cheating, since none of the other players have his powers, and he's also concerned that someone might discover Zeke's an alien. But Zeke doesn't see a problem with this, causing tension in their friendship. Can Zeke and Harris save their friendship, or will they strike out?
The Little Olympians are out on a field trip to an actual Greek town! They're enjoying their time in the city and seeing all the human things there, but are having trouble fitting in without getting noticed. However, the trip changes from fun and games into a rescue mission when Hermes, Zeus, and Athena overhear a plot for a surprise attack on the town at sundown. Athena and Zeus stay to keep watch on the town, while Hermes must run a marathon all the way to Athens and back to get their help. Will he be able to brave being on his own for the first time and all the dangers of the road, such as a raging river, a storm, and a Sphinx, to save the town?
Zeus is living with his parents, Kronos and Rhea, and he's starting to show his abilities, but his lightning is out of control! Every time he sneezes or gets mad, or is even just plain bored, his lightning shoots out. He tries to keep it under wraps most of the time, but he can't help it, and it causes such a ruckus that his parents decide that it's time he learns to properly use his powers.
So they send him to Eureka, a camp where little gods learn to use and control their supernatural abilities. He's excited to be able to learn to use his powers here, but he's also nervous about going and meeting all the other gods. Apollo and Ares in particular seem very strong (and they let him know it), but he finds friends in the calm and wise Athena and the wisecracking Hermes. But after some trouble with classes, he starts to get discouraged. Will he be able to control his powers with the help of his friends?
