I would recommend this product, great And easy to organise and access cooking products in small cupboard next to cooktop/oven. Only down is that the containers are not fixed in, so hold stable or remove completely when getting materials.
This MINI TWO TIER ORGANIZER sold by USA-based company ‘madesmart’ (made in CHINA), is a disappointment.
I WANTED to “enjoy” this “premium product” in my home. (Quotations based from madesmart’s website advertising that they make ‘premium product collections that are enjoyed in every home.’)
Pro: this was easy to assemble — a click in place, slide bins in — 4-step process.
However, I am disappointed and frustrated by the structural design and quality.
CONS: the “sturdy steels legs” DO NOT secure bins, the top tier’s shelf slides laterally on the steel legs, to slide the bottom bin out the entirety of the structure also slides with it, and once assembled the structure is askew, rendering it to be uneven and wobbly.
This item is junk for the price. I'm glad I didn't splurge for the clear plastic at $50-because this item isn't worth the $25 or $30 I spent on the frosted. That unexplainable price jump should've been my red flag.. Because the top drawer slides an inch to either side-which is a pointless feature-it interferes when trying to pull the drawer forward. And neither drawer has a stopper, so they come completely out of the shelving unit whenever you need something. The shelves don't move at all; they're merely part of a stand for the drawers to rest on. I expected far more ingenuity in terms of functionality for the price!
This product is miss leading!! I purchased a product from Lowes sometime back and was looking to buy another to match it... however, Lowes was out of stock and this product showed up in my google search. It showed up as being the same exact basket as I already have... it is NOT!! This thing is tiny and nowhere near what it was supposed to be. I thought that maybe I didn't read the details fully, so I went back and checked. The visual description shows it to be the same exact item that Lowes sells... again, it is NOT!! It really isn't worth all the hassle to return, so I suppose I'll find some worthless use for it and I'll just go back to Lowes, which is where I should have gone in the first place.
I wouldn’t purchase this again. The bins are not attached to a track, they just rest on the framing. Anyhow, if you pull the bin forward about 4”, it tips over and spill everything out inside of it because it’s not designed to stand on its own with weight in it. It got very annoying within a few minutes of catching the bin from tipping over and spilling everything out every time I was pulling it forward to get something. Honestly - it works best if you just take the bin out every time you need something from it. Place said bin on the counter while you getting things in and out of it. Otherwise, at some point, the bin will tip everything out for you.
There are better and sturdier options on Amazon for the same price.
The website says the dimensions are: Item Dimensions LxWxH 14.38 x 10.63 x 9 inches
I ordered these for my study to stack 8.5" x 11" paper. The width of the tray is only 8" at the top, and it narrows to 7.5" at the bottom. It is definitely not 10.63" as advertised. Now I am stuck with a unit that I can't use. Manufacturer should retract the website description and correct the dimensions.
don't bother. When you pull the drawers out they fall off (there is no track to keep them on the set up) such a cheap way to build an organizing set up for the COST of it over $24 for this! I am very disappointed in this Amazon Purchase. Also it was a pain to put together.
Love the idea. It is sturdy and easy to clean, however, if you want to use the top shelf, it completely falls out and off of the track as soon as you pull it a little to grab something from it. I tried pulling it the least amount and with anything on the top shelf, it immediately falls off of the track and onto the floor. Cool idea but does not work as an organizer that would be used daily. The bottom shelf has a very small clearance so pretty pointless for many bathroom products.
