This book is very poorly bound. Not more than 30 seconds out of the box and the back page is already torn off the binding. The binding is extremely wobbly and feels fragile. I would have expected much better quality for the price. This book, right out of the box, is now unusable. The book is also smaller than I had anticipated. A friend let me borrow her copy which was nearly twice the size of this one.

Love Llama Llama books and toys

While my grandbabies love this series and the stuffies, I did not like the book that came with it for my 21 mo. And 2 yo grandkids as it’s about being afraid to go to be left alone to sleep. As this isn’t a current issue, I put this book aside as I don’t want to create a problem that isn’t there. I will introduce it if this someday is a recurring issue but for now we will stick with the other books and stuffies.

My son loves this book. The only reason I give it a 3 star is because I wish the books were better made. I have a 3 year old and he needs a sturdier book. More like sturdy hard pages and these are just thin paper pages.. plus the book is not really well made. We love the book though but it won’t last with a toddler sadly!
