In this book, Dr. Mosely and his team seem to have every base covered; the book sets out a plan to achieve lasting weight loss and a healthier lifestyle. It is clearly written in well thought out sections. The recipes are easy to follow and there is just the right amount of science without being boring. The index is clear and logical and the whole book is designed to motivating. I have tried many diets I thought this one would be the same, but it isn't. I have not been too hungry, the meals are delicious and I am losing weight. I have been so impressed that I joined up for the 12 week diet plan! Perhaps not for the feint hearted, this book inspires action and commitment!
