I am diabetic and suffer from extremely painful feet. I have found that these gel insoles are perfect for most lightweight summer shoes, they are not too thick as to make the shoes tight but provide a cushioned protection for the soles of the feet. Highly recommended although they are generally more expensive on the high street than on Amazon.
These are huge - it seems to Scholl women are just an off-shoot, a rib not deserving of tailor-made products. They are difficult to cut to size and you end up with slightly too small insoles that don't quite fit the shoe, leaving edges that rub, but as you've cut them already you can't return. The seller is exempt from criticism - sent quickly.
Very floppy. Not really an alternative to an insole with structure. In fact, Its very hard to get them to fit properly, no matter how careful the cut. Not sure if better alternatives exist - but I was unable to get them to work in my trainers.
They do absorb the shock which is the main reason for buying. Beware though they are a little thick so take up room in boot/ shoe which means that your foot is raised. Not 5 stars as the cutting guide is near impossible to follow. I used an old insole to guide.
The inner soles were advertised as shock absorbing!!!! They were a nightmare to cut as the size markers were practically invisible and the gel was difficult to cut through. I had purchased two pairs and after two attempts at cutting, finally got the right size on one pair. They were hard and uncomfortable........don’t buy. Didn’t return as would have cost me to do so.
