Moccona is an excellent coffee (instant) and my favourite, and the price in theis seller was absolutely great. Much cheaper than anywhere else and with the addition of delivering to my door in a very well packed box. Practical and economic purchase. They definitely got me as a client for the future.

So basically, "quality" packaging

One of the jars out of two I ordered was smashed during transit. Aparently was smashed for a while, at least by the built-up moisture caking up in the corners. There was not any form of extra packaging for protection aside from the usual Amazon scrunched paper packaging, which that visually demonstrates to not work in this case.
The other jar was intact, but had to carefully remove it from the box to avoid the various chunks of glass everywhere. The coffee, from the intact jar, is good though so that's a plus.

I disliked how this product arrived with its seals broken. I assume whatever is inside is not fit for human consumption. I am surprised that it is allowed to be sold on amazon. I expected better.

Shipped wrapped in cellophane type shrink wrapping. The foil seals on the jar. Was refunded on first jar. However, opened jars of coffee are really valueless and the subsequent purchase was the same. Where was the seal broken certainly not in shipping as shrink wrapped. Perhaps at the factory? My real concern is that the jars were opened maliciously at a supermarket and have found their way to Amazon. This product should be avoided as the jars maybe contaminated.

Great coffee - but the lids often fall off

Ordered several times, it's a lottery as to if the lids will fall off in the box, meaning the product is useless Sometimes, the jars are shrink wrapped, sometimes not.

Spoke to Amazon twice about this and they have promised to fix it. They didn't. Today they said they would pull it from sale until the issue was rectified.

Coffee itself is great, when it's in the jar :)

Moccona is yummo. Not like regular instant coffee that is just the sludge by product of coffee beans.
Moccona has a smooth flavour and while it costs a few $ more, it's definitely worth it. The flavour and quality never let's you down.
