This is probably one of the most riveting television series I have ever watched. The characters are all very believable and you get addicted to watching this programme with dramatic moments salted with humorous and funny moments. An endearing show.
I've now got seasons 1 - 5 of this series and found them all fantastic.
Like alot of other people I'm waiting patiently for season 6 to become available in the region 2 format as I dont have a multi-region dvd player.
I'd advise anyone who enjoys great drama, amazing characters, brilliant acting and fantastic writing to give Grey's Anatomy a chance. I used to watch ER and did enjoy it but Grey's is way ahead even without George Clooney.
Very entertaining and some interesting characters, but the plot is more often than not unrealistic; real "t.v. land". So many of the characters get into major accidents in this series that each time I think to myself why can't they find more interesting plot line? That has been so done.
I was a huge fan of "E.R." series and always thought Grey's Anatomy wasn't for me... with all those love affairs which made the 2 tv shows so different from each other! And yet, years later, I decided to watch Grey's Anatomy. I started a couple of months ago, and I got completely hooked on Grey's episodes now!!!! Not that it's the best tv show ever though, it's just that you have to watch it once you try it! I highly recommend it!
Bought for a relative for a treat, to while away the hours after a nasty fall, - further treats required, but getting better now, so many good health tips! Oh, that's another series, just lots of luvly gossip and intrigue in this one, brilliant - so I'm told !
Had to buy the DVDs after amazon decided to remove it from the love film/amazon library and charge you stupid amounts of money to watch them! Who is going to pay £30 to watch it when a DVD costs less than £10?
