Super value & feels decent quality

I would 100% recommend specifically this unit, for the 'serious amateur' indoor or greenhouse grower.
You get the basic info (temp, humidity etc) and can also set to either 'Past 24hrs' or 'All-time' mode to see highs/lows in temp & humidity. Hate Amazon, but love the product & price.
It even has Fahrenheit for people who can't understand the metric system.

Totally useless

Very disappointed I purchased two and just put the batteries in they are sitting side by side and have completely different readings for humidity and temp. I will now have to go and find another two and throw these in the bin. Total waste of money.

Nice unit but the screen is difficult to read unless you are inside of 1 to 1.5m with the manufacturers choice of colours. It does have a light button but that's not much help if the unit is not within arms length.

I'm a little bit mistified and disappointed with some of it's basic design. There needs to be a setting that allows you to set the light to be on until you change the setting.

Temperature reading not very accurate

I was not happy with the temperature accuracy of it indoors so had to refund it. I compared it with the thermometer of my ducted air conditioning as well as another thermometer of higher quality and this one always showed the temp to be at least 2 degrees Celsius higher than what it was. Not too sure about humidity accuracy..

I don't feel it is that accurate but it is consistent and I refer to it several times daily.
Doesn't look as good with back light off, but it is very handy having the magnetic connection to my fridge for convenient viewing in my flat.
A good spend of a few dollars and will do for now as it helps me manage heating - probably already saved ore in power than the cost of this.
I would like something similar that integrates with google and alexa and would certainly pay more.

Seems to read a a few percent low

Great display
Not confident in the humidity reading.
Tried comparing with weather dep readings and on one occasion on humid day only reading 40 percent.
Tried blowing steam from hot cup of tea and managed to get it to read 80% so may be it works better at higher temperatures.
Only had it for about 5 weeks.
Important to know what it is like after 1 year

This is an excellent thermometer! It displays accurate, easy to read information and the back-light is a bonus. It has a desktop stand, strong magnetic pads and also a screw hole so that it can be wall mounted if required. I have bought 2 of these and would definitely buy again.

The unit is accurate and the digits are easy to see, even from a few feet away. I use it in my music room to monitor the humidity for my guitar, and it's great as it keep a record of the highest and lowest temps and humidity readings for the last day on screen. Great unit for the price and very easy to use.

Have purchased 4 of this item. Put 1 in each bedroom and 3rd in the living room. Gave away one TP50 as I find the screen too small to see from afar. Overall I can’t do without this item as I live in a humid villa. By knowing the humidity level, can determine when to turn on the dehumidifiers.

We are told the temperature to expect in the news and the media, but what happens in your home is often much different and now we know, because the recent purchase actually shows the temperature and the humidity in our house. What a great acquisition. We can take it away when we go away to see our grandkids and when we have a holiday. We would recommend it to everyone.
