Fair value for the money

Was planning to install two monitors to work with my laptop and instead of purchasing one mount with dual arms, I opted for purchasing 2x single arms, and am glad I made that call. This hardware is fine - not out of the world, but just value for the money. The only issue I have is with the fact that you cannot rotate your monitor at a certain angle. Your monitor must have the VESA mounts in the exact center otherwise, its a mess. Also, the arm attached to the base has a fixed angle, you cannot move it up or down. I had to rotate my monitor upside down to achieve the desired height. So far I do not regret my purchase, if need be, I will do it again.

Looks good in the box

I bought the product a few weeks ago. Seems sturdy until you use it. The screen wobbles when attached. Has no adjustment to lock the screen in a horizontal position, so it rotates and looks crooked most of the time. Tilt adjustment is almost non existent. Cheap, and you get what you pay for. Would not but again, better off spending more for a better product. .......no response form supplies to my queries....poor.

Not very sturdy

Tried to mount my monitor to it and it can barely hold it up, the only position it can hold is way too high to use and tilts toward. If I try to move it to the correct position, it just drops onto my desk. Even though my monitor is about 6kg, which is within the weight limit of the arm, it still couldn't hold it up. Tried with a smaller monitor as well and the same issue, it couldn't hold it up properly. In the end I returned it for a refund, spend extra and get a quality monitor arm instead.

The media could not be loaded.

It was painful to install. And it actually damaged my monitor screws should be a little smaller in size they actually pushed my hdmi plate inside. Because i cant really screw it all the way in its making noise and is unstable Not really a fan of it surely Better options available

This product came out of the box and immediately had problems with both the machining (I had to file down some things to even get it to install correctly) and overall finish, the arm is stiff and the mounting system seems to be the only intuitive thing about the entire thing.

Do not recommend, buy a proper mount for a bit more.

Disappointing product and service

The Mount started sagging after just five months with a standard 24 inch monitor. I reached out to Amazon supports to try and organise a replacement and they said that as it was over 30 days old they were unable to assist in any way.

Overall, an incredibly disappointing experience. Buyer beware, you may only see 30 days use out of this product before it becomes an expensive paperweight.

This product does not go up or down vertically in height. It’s just fixed at that height. It can tilt or move left and right but it does not move down or up vertically in height even though it stated it does. Either it’s a defective product or it’s a scam. Disappointed even though it felt sturdy and strong.
