Fair value for the money

Was planning to install two monitors to work with my laptop and instead of purchasing one mount with dual arms, I opted for purchasing 2x single arms, and am glad I made that call. This hardware is fine - not out of the world, but just value for the money. The only issue I have is with the fact that you cannot rotate your monitor at a certain angle. Your monitor must have the VESA mounts in the exact center otherwise, its a mess. Also, the arm attached to the base has a fixed angle, you cannot move it up or down. I had to rotate my monitor upside down to achieve the desired height. So far I do not regret my purchase, if need be, I will do it again.

Looks good in the box

I bought the product a few weeks ago. Seems sturdy until you use it. The screen wobbles when attached. Has no adjustment to lock the screen in a horizontal position, so it rotates and looks crooked most of the time. Tilt adjustment is almost non existent. Cheap, and you get what you pay for. Would not but again, better off spending more for a better product. .......no response form supplies to my queries....poor.

Good … but one problem

This monitor arm is a good price , it seems quite sturdy and looks good - my one problem is after carefully following the instructions I am unable to adjust the height . I can adjust the monitor at the plate where it connects to the arm , there’s a place for Allen key adjustment so can tilt monitor up down left right but I can see a similar + - adjust at the next joint but I’ve turned it each way and there is absolutely no movement . I cannot adjust the height at all - I can’t see where I’m going wrong ……. The other adjustment up nearer the monitor is easy , do I have a dud ????!

Overall the product is excellent. The screws holding the top cable management bits in were done up way too tight and would not come out. The bottom cable management piece is a clunky design and one of the bits that is supposed to hold it in broke off. Run the cables before you put the monitor on the stand.

The arm is sturdy, it says 30" monitor, but it is comfortably holding my 34" Ultrawide (6.7kg) with no issues.

Excellent value for money.

Good but not good enough

Great arms for most applications but I can not recommend them at more than half extension. The base/mount is insufficient for even a thin, light, 24" monitor at full extension. I have an IKEA linmon (a very popular desktop) and it is pretty much totally destroyed from the base/mount of these not distributing the weight effectively.

I bought this on the 18th June, 2020. Today (15th April 2022), the gas spring failed. So it was only able to last 1 year and 10 months. It was a bit of a process to set up. But when it was setup, I was pretty happy with it. It did the job fairly well for my 27" monitor. But I did want it to last longer than this though.
