WaRn!Ng *contains spoilers* the book is about Blue a silkwing who had a perfectly normal life obaying hivewing rules and trying to stay out of trouble when his sister (Luna) starts to go throw her metamorphis and blue learns that theres a such thing as flame silk and his sister is one! which means he would have a 50% chance of being one to, and ends up running away with his new friend cricket the hivewing who isnt affected by queen wasps mind control, and swordtail who wants to come to and help save luna from the hivewings who want to use her flamesilk as a resource for light. An so they embrak on an epic journey to wasp hive to save luna while trying to keep blue safe and hidden from the mutiple mind controlled hivewings looking for him. as they do that they stumble upon 3 leafwings which all were said to be gone when they and the trees got wiped out by the hivewings in the war and ask for the for them to get the book of clearsight which was a book made from clearsight that had all the possible futures in it (however they weare outdated),or else. so they had no choice and had to grab the book of clearsight in the end they got it with blue ending up being captured and now i guess he gets to see his dad for the first time. Then sundew (out of the three rainwings) decided that she owed them one (and for the part of the deal they made), and goes and rescues blue and luna from the flimesilk prison. luna is then done with her metamorphosis and blue then go's into his own and so to be continued in book 12. that is how i see the story it was very good and i hope to see more coming soon as this book series is like the only book i really read! - inspired by my friend who started reading wings of fire.
