Product arrived without any of the screws, bolts or assembly mechanisms included in the boxes. Spent a further $35 at the hardware store to buy the required items to put it together. Rather weak response received from manufacturer about issue of no assembly hardware included in the boxes when it should have been. Convoluted process to go through to get that rectified and no apology offered by them for their error. Once the right items had been purchased at additional cost, was very difficult to assemble. I like the product so it’s a shame they had a packaging error and didn’t include any of the hardware
