It came like someone just reattached the whole controller badly, Button were that loose I was beginning to afraid they will come out or they'll stuck had to return the controller second day. I would reccom to pay 10$ and get the from razer official website.First time buying renewed product

Crazy stick drift from the get go. 7% actually. A constant panning around screen. Right joy stick is clearly angled left permanently from pcb.

update. amazon customer service is a joke. requested a replacement only to be sent out using a donkey while im a prime member. wouldnt arrive for a week. so i cancelled the replacement as i will be on vacation by then only to now be told i need to wait even longer for a professional from the help team to handle my return. just wow.

Pros:
- Easy physical button interchangeability
- Analog sensitivity increase/decrease options
- RGB customization

Cons:
- NOT compatible with razer synapse; Only a windows store app.
- Buttons are NOT mappable to keyboard keys! Only to already existing controller buttons.
- Bottom segment including profile switching, mic, and volume is completely useless on PC, and there's no way to map buttons to keyboard keys.
- There is no way to map R3 or L3 to extra buttons for sprint etc. even with existing buttons.
- Headphone jack does not support modern mics!

Overall:
It feels nice in your hands and the colors are pretty but I wouldn't recommend this to Xbox or PC gamers. I expect better from you razer, especially at this price point. Shame on you!

There was no cable in the box with the controller and no other micro usb fit this controller. Now I have to go out of my way to refund this thing and try to find another one at a reasonable price. I'm disappointed to say the least! Thanks for wasting my time

Started not recognizing and would have to cycle the power to get it back. Then one day, just completely stopped working. No lights no nothing. Pissed. I am very good to it, no spilt drinks, no bashing, baby’d. Now i am back to using a cheapo controller i was using prior to this. Pissed.

I had the controller for some time before I noticed what was a drift in the left analog stick. Thought it was just a game when I first say it. Played many other game that didnt quite show the drift as bad as the first time I saw it. It was until I confirmed on the original game that it indeed was a drift, by switching controllers and the drift on the screen was gone. It was not woren out over use as I noticed the drift right away but was unaware it was an actual drift and just thought it was a glitch in the game.

It felt amazing and looked very nice the feel and everything about thw controllor was amazing other than the stick drift that made games unplayable.it was so bad that you would have to push the left stick foward all the way to walk foward in a game SLOWLY.
