It's was an interesting ride with this book. at times I was laughing the next I was yelling ewe gross. I'm amazed what he put his body true that he alive to tell his story to the world.

A good read in fairness. I was really hoping it was pure carnage but I guess due to the drugs and drink, he can't remember most of his life! A great insight into him and his early life and how Black Sabbath started etc. just thought there'd be more funny/gross/shocking stories than there were.

Love Ozzy but this book is a bore for a true Ozzy fanatic

I have to start by saying I love Ozzy, I always have. I have seen him countless times live, I own every studio and live album he ever put out with Black Sabbath and solo, you might say I have been a fanatic for years. Which might explain why this book bored me so much. I am familiar with every story in the book and have seen/heard them countless times either in print in magazines or in interviews done by the Ozzman on the radio.

There were a few moments where I did find myself laughing out loud which is why I am giving this book 3 stars as opposed to 2.
If you are new to the world of Ozzy Osbourne then this book is a great place to learn about the history of Ozzy Osbourne but on the flip side if you are a 35+ years fan like myself of Black Sabbath and Ozzy you've probably already seen or heard all that this book has to say.

Plus it's written with an extremely British flair, you might want to get an American English to British dictionary if you are unfamiliar with the Brits slang terms.

Love ya Ozzy and I hope you live another 60 years, just stick to music from now on.

I'm NOT Ozzy

First off, I'm a sucker for almost anything Ozzy, even though his career took a dive a while ago. So I bought Sharon's book and compared to it, Ozzy's book is almost exactly the same but the stories are in shuffled order.

It is funny and you will end up finding out some things new about him even as a hardcore fan, but it's a bit of a letdown to have read some of the same things a while ago in Sharon's book.

It's fun bathroom reading.
