The first Peter Rabbit film has so many memorable quotes - a storyline that fits it with how Beatrix Potter would have developed these characters into the 21st Century....... BUT Peter Rabbit 2 just fails to deliver. It is an enjoyable film but lacks the depth, humour, character etc of the first film. I am sure that if the scriptwriters went back and immersed themselves in Beatrix Potter they could do significantly better than this poor showing.
